Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom, personalized, and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by Oath & Honor Designs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

After reviewing the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Approved replacement items will be produced at no additional product cost. The customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement unless the issue resulted from an error by Oath & Honor Designs.

We are not responsible for:

• Spelling, sizing, color, or design choices approved or submitted by the customer

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

• Normal variations in color between digital screens and the finished product

• Damage caused by improper application, use, handling, or storage

• Packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier

Because each situation is different, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate concerns fairly.
